All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (typically Rp 20,000 for e-wallets, Rp 50,000 for banks). There are no maximum deposit limits imposed by dewa52, though individual payment providers may have transaction caps.
Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically processed instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes due to payment gateway delays or banking system maintenance. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal activity. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds, particularly for large deposits, as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC verification (submission of valid KTP and selfie photo). Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 40x the Bonus amount, meaning you must wager the Bonus value that many times before converting it to withdrawable cash.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are limited to one Bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Users suspected of Bonus abuse (creating multiple Accounts, coordinated play across Accounts, exploiting software errors, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements) will forfeit all Bonuses, associated winnings, and may have their Accounts closed without refund of remaining funds.
If you request a withdrawal while an active Bonus remains in your Account, the Bonus and any winnings derived from the Bonus will be forfeited unless the wagering requirements have been fully met. Only the original deposited funds and winnings from non-Bonus play will be processed.

We do not control, manipulate, or influence game results.
